Mt. Greylock's Stony Ledge

Visit Mt Greylock’s west side to see the stunning views from Stony Ledge. We will ascend via the Haley Farm Trail to the campground and decend down the Hopper upon our return. Don’t miss this rewarding adventure!

Distance: 3.5 mile

Terrain: Trails, strenuous 2.4 mile up hill

Pace: Slow but allow 4- 5 hours

Bring snowshoes or crampons (if necessary), layers, plenty of water, and snacks. Carpooling is appreciated as parking is limited.

Directions: The trailhead begins at Haley Farm in Williamstown. Heading south from Rte 43, take a left on Hopper Rd and follow to where the road ends; there is a parking area on the right.
